Shipping

Postage and packing Charges are included in the final figure received during checkout and is currently £4.99.

Orders will be dispatched the same day (if ordered before 12 noon). All items ordered after this will be dispatched the following day.

Should an item, for any reason, be out of stock, our sales team will contact you.

Please make sure you supply a daytime delivery address for your order, as a signature will be required.

Returns

If you wish to return or exchange any product purchased from our website for any reason, you may do so within 28 days of receipt. 

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required, providing they are in a saleable condition in their original, undamaged packaging. The delivery charge is non-refundable, except where the goods are faulty (This does not affect your statutory rights).

Returns Procedure

1. Complete the Returns Form included with your order.
2. Wrap the item/s safely and securely remembering to include the Returns Form. Address the package to J.W.Brooke and Sons Ltd., Website Returns, 50 Market Place, Doncaster, DN1 1NJ.
3. Return the package via your local post office using ‘Recorded Delivery’. (Please note J.W.Brooke and Sons Ltd will be unable to refund items you were returning, but were lost in the post.)
